Prosperity has been working on becoming solid on the ground, because Angi follows the belief that "You ride the horse you lead." So it has been tarps, and toys; Learning to be tied and saddled; Baths, and wind, wind, and MORE WIND!
She has been fitting Prosperity's training in between getting back to work with her faithful clients who have waited as patiently as possible ;D for her to be allowed to work again. She has also returned to work at
Lifesavers Wild Horse Rescue.
There are some GREAT things in the works at Lifesavers! Their education program has expanded and is now Happy Horse Academy offering a series of FUNSHOPS on the 10 keys to Happy Horse*Human relationships.
Happy Horse=Happy Human
Fast approaching is Wild Horse Boot Camp
Thursday April 24th-Sunday April 27th.Clinicians are The Happy Chicks, (Chris Vilmer & Angi Keitel,) and Jeremy Dunn (EMM Finalist).
I participated in Wild Horse Boot Camp last April with Rose my newly adopted Nevada mustang (of course!) It was a fantastic experience.
Some of the Lifesavers horses used were Shoshone Indian horses rescued from Fishcreek. These horses are so BEAUTIFUL and intelligent. It was difficult for some participants to resist the urge to take "theirs" home!
Limited spaces still available, call Chris 661 727-1205 to reserve yours.
