Mustang ice cream party

I was so nervous about this demonstration st Lifesavers that I attempted to teach Free 20 new things in one day :) Needless to say, he thought I sucked. Especially when I tried to ride him into the trailer so that I could slide down his butt. We did get half way in and he looked back at me like I was insane. Then we jumped the barrels a few times, but he kept trying to flatten them. I had a very pissed of horse right before the demo. When I pulled him out of his stall, I looked him deep in his eyes and rubbed his forehead. Just have fun, I told him and we did. I was nervous. I always am in front of a crowd. We played at liberty and we just had fun. The connection we have is so neat and sometimes he shakes his head and says NO. Then I ask him again and he says okay. We sidepass and jump barrels and play with the ball with only the invisible connection between us. He is willing and loves the music. Then I get on for a few seconds. He walks around and I take him to the crowd. He sidepasses on the rail and I am proud. He handles the clapping well and I answer questions. I love this horse, this crazy, bucky, HUGE horse with the great play drive. I am proud of him even if we aren't perfect.

He did do great with the crowd! I saw him jump those barrels with you on boards before the demo and he seemed to like it.

It was funny when he said nope, I wanna play ball! The crowd really laughed when you had to push the ball out of the arena.
