I am trying to keep up with all that is going on, still work, and manage to blog :)..... It has been a bit since I have updated this, due to my computer going down yet again. James came over and I pulled out Freedom to ride. He was being his normal self and the weather was crazy, but he never seems to be bothered by it. There was a tornado spinning in the distance and it made an awesome picture. We rode despite the wind and once Free jumped forward and broke into a lope. Yeah! No bucking! James wanted to ride so I told him just to keep it at a walk. Freedom was not bothered by the change in weight. He walked around nicely and then poor James hooked his knee on a small hanging grain feeder and pulled it down the rail. Free jumped forward and loped three strides in place until James stopped him. Twice in a row with no bucks, Free has found the beginning of his lope.
